Routine Description: Quick Protocol for Negotiation

This page provides routine description for quick protocol for vegotiations according to section 11 of the MBL and section 32 of the LAS.

Quick protocols according to the attached templates are used in consultation with the trade unions.

Quick protocols are used for the following negotiations according to Section 11 of the MBL:

  • Changed organisational placement (which does not affect the organisation).
  • Title change.
  • Termination of employment procedure/recruitment process (statement and announcement must be attached).

Quick protocols are also used for negotiations on preferential rights according to Section 32 of the LAS:

  • When hiring an employee other than the one who has a preferential right to re-employment or if a question arises about which of several preferentially entitled persons should be re-employed (statement and announcement must be attached).
  • Negotiation before appointing a manager.

Routine

Quick protocols are only used when the parties agree. Quick protocols and supporting documents are sent via eduSign to the designated contact person for the relevant trade union. Negotiation documents and draft protocols on the matter must also be sent to the functional address of the relevant trade union, so that the matter can be handled in case of absence or similar situations.
