Process for primary negotiations pertaining to state sector fixed-term employment (STAVA)

  1. An organisation wishing to use STAVA is to complete the supporting documentation and attach the relevant documents as stated in the template.
  2. The contact person for co-determination in the workplace opens a case in ServiceNow and attaches the relevant documentation.
  3. The HR Division receives cases and books in times for negotiations (not on Tuesdays).
  4. The participants in the negotiation are the organisation through the manager responsible, local HR and employee organisations. The HR Division runs the negotiations as chair and takes minutes.

Following up of how well the process works and the lessons to be learned from current cases will take place when the parties have negotiated a few different cases.
