Statutory medical check-ups

In certain circumstances, managers can offer or instruct an employee or student to undergo a medical check-up.

When employees and students are faced with certain risks, as a manager you are bound by law to take steps to ensure safe working conditions. People who are exposed to these risks must be offered – or in certain cases directed – to participate in a medical check-up. These check-ups take place at the Occupational Health Service clinic.
